Fl\u00fcssighelium ist nicht nur die kryogene Fl\u00fcssigkeit mit der niedrigsten Temperatur (-268,9 \u00b0C), es ist auch extrem knapp und teuer.<\/p><p>Um sicherzustellen, dass w\u00e4hrend der Nutzung einer Anwendung so wenig fl\u00fcssiges Helium wie m\u00f6glich verloren geht, werden sogenannte Multiple Transfer Lines (MTL) eingesetzt.<\/p><p>Eine MTL ist eine einzelne Vakuumleitung, in der sich mehrere Prozessleitungen befinden. Ein oder mehrere dieser Ger\u00e4te bringen fl\u00fcssiges Helium aus einem Lagertank oder Verfl\u00fcssiger (\u00fcber eine Ventilbox) zur Anwendung.<\/p><p>Nach der Anwendung erw\u00e4rmt sich das Helium und es entsteht gasf\u00f6rmiges Helium. Dieses Gas wird dann durch eine Prozessleitung (wiederum \u00fcber eine <a href=\"https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/de\/produkte\/ventilboxen\/\">Ventilbox<\/a>) zu zwei m\u00f6glichen Verwendungen in den Verfl\u00fcssiger zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt:<\/p><ul><li>In einem <em>Verfl\u00fcssiger<\/em> wird das gasf\u00f6rmige Helium verfl\u00fcssigt, so dass es wiederverwendet werden kann. Auf diese Weise wird die kostbare Fl\u00fcssigkeit optimal konserviert.<\/li><li>Das Innenrohr mit gasf\u00f6rmigem Helium (von ca. -250 \u00b0C) wird zur aktiven K\u00fchlung eines kupfernen Strahlungsschutzes um die Prozessrohre herum verwendet.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-656acf0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"656acf0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-1024x683.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-56319\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-2048x1366.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dcf6b13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dcf6b13\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Da das Helium innerhalb des Systems wiederverwendet wird, wird die Kombination aus MTL, Ventilbox und Verfl\u00fcssiger als geschlossener Kreislauf bezeichnet. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90ba7f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"90ba7f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Spezifikationen<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f05b1c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8f05b1c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine MTL besteht in der Regel aus den folgenden Komponenten:<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Ein Vakuummantel aus Edelstahl (304 (L), 321 oder 316 (L)).<\/li><li>Ein Strahlenschutzschild aus Kupfer, der mit gasf\u00f6rmigem Helium aus der Anwendung oder mit fl\u00fcssigem Stickstoff gek\u00fchlt wird.<\/li><li>Verschiedene Prozessrohre, isoliert mit einer mehrschichtigen Isolierung aus Glas und Aluminium und\/oder Mylar.<\/li><li>Kompensatoren zum Ausgleich der Schrumpfung der kalten Rohre, falls vorhanden.<\/li><li>Abstandshalter aus Glas-Epoxid, um sicherzustellen, dass sich die verschiedenen Rohrleitungen nicht ber\u00fchren.<\/li><li>Die notwendigen Schwei\u00dfverbindungen, die eine Einbindung der MTL in die kryogene Infrastruktur erm\u00f6glichen.<\/li><li>Vakuumbarrieren, die dazu dienen, das Vakuumsystem in Abschnitte zu unterteilen und gelegentlich als Fixpunkte innerhalb des Systems verwendet werden.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-362a963 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"362a963\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Untitled-800-x-800-px-1-e1704705260868.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-39908\" alt=\"Cern-Bibliothek\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f28d0a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f28d0a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die MTL von Demaco haben in der Regel einen Durchmesser von 250 bis 800 mm. Die Ausf\u00fchrung der Infrastruktur erfolgt jedoch in Absprache mit dem Kunden. Daher kommt es regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu abweichenden Durchmessern. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c2ff60 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0c2ff60\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Anwendung<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e261aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e261aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aufgrund seiner extrem niedrigen Temperatur wird fl\u00fcssiges Helium haupts\u00e4chlich in der <em>wissenschaftlichen Forschung<\/em> verwendet. Die kryogene Fl\u00fcssigkeit ist z.B. f\u00fcr die K\u00fchlung supraleitender Magnete in Teilchenbeschleunigern praktisch unverzichtbar.<\/p><p>Auch die <em>Medizintechnik<\/em> macht sich das Ph\u00e4nomen der Supraleitung zunutze, zum Beispiel f\u00fcr MRT-Scans. MRT-Scanner sind daher auf fl\u00fcssiges Helium zur effizienten K\u00fchlung angewiesen, verwenden es aber in ihrem eigenen geschlossenen System mit einem Kryok\u00fchler.<\/p><p>Wo immer fl\u00fcssiges Helium verwendet wird, sind gute MTL unverzichtbar.
