Pour conserver leur forme liquide, les gaz liquides doivent \u00eatre stock\u00e9s, transport\u00e9s et utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 tr\u00e8s basse temp\u00e9rature. Cette temp\u00e9rature varie d&rsquo;un gaz \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Par exemple, l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne n\u00e9cessite une temp\u00e9rature de -183 centigrade, alors que l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium ne se liqu\u00e9fie qu&rsquo;\u00e0 -267,9 centigrade. Avant que le gaz ne soit pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9, il doit d&rsquo;abord \u00eatre produit, stock\u00e9 et transport\u00e9. Dans la plupart des cas, cela implique de passer par des zones de stockage (terminaux), des lignes de transfert et des v\u00e9hicules de transport, qui doivent tous \u00eatre con\u00e7us pour minimiser la chaleur affectant les gaz tout au long du processus.<br \/>Une m\u00e9thode qui s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e tr\u00e8s efficace pour bloquer la chaleur au cours de ce processus logistique est la technologie du vide. Cette m\u00e9thode isole 15 fois plus efficacement que d&rsquo;autres mat\u00e9riaux d&rsquo;isolation (PIR\/PUR, ou Foamglas, Armaflex, Perlite et Misselon) ; nous pouvons appliquer la technologie du vide aux lignes de transfert ainsi qu&rsquo;aux connexions et aux \u00e9quipements de conditionnement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b5dbfe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3b5dbfe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la technologie du vide et comment fonctionne-t-elle exactement ?<\/h2><p>La technologie du vide est l&rsquo;utilisation du vide\u00a0 pour une isolation optimale des lignes ou syst\u00e8mes de transfert. Les lignes sous vides sont constitu\u00e9s de 2 tubes solidaris\u00e9s l&rsquo;un \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre: le tube process et le tube externe. Une fois la ligne assembl\u00e9e, celle-ci est tir\u00e9e au vide par diff\u00e9rents type de pompes \u00e0 vide.\u00a0 Il en r\u00e9sulte une diff\u00e9rence de pression entre l&rsquo;environnement sous vide et l&rsquo;air ext\u00e9rieur, qui emp\u00eache une grande partie de la chaleur environnante d&rsquo;entrer dans le syst\u00e8me ou dans le tuyau.<\/p><p>Comment cela fonctionne-t-il exactement ? Lorsque deux objets entrent en contact, la chaleur est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement transf\u00e9r\u00e9e directement de l&rsquo;objet le plus chaud \u00e0 l&rsquo;objet le plus froid. Cela s&rsquo;applique \u00e9galement aux gaz liquides.<\/li><li><strong>Par convection:<\/strong> Il s&rsquo;agit de la chaleur cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le mouvement des mol\u00e9cules. Plus les mol\u00e9cules sont en mouvement et s&rsquo;entrechoquent, plus la production de chaleur est importante.<\/li><li><strong>Par rayonnement:<\/strong> La chaleur rayonnante peut inclure le rayonnement du soleil ou de tout autre objet \u00e9mettant de la chaleur.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
