L&rsquo;h\u00e9lium liquide, en plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre le liquide cryog\u00e9nique dont la temp\u00e9rature est la plus basse (-268,9 \u00b0C), est \u00e9galement extr\u00eamement rare et cher.<\/p><p>Afin de s&rsquo;assurer que le moins d&rsquo;h\u00e9lium liquide possible est gaspill\u00e9 pendant l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une application, des Lignes de transfert multiples (MTL) sont utilis\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Une MTL est une ligne sous vide dans laquelle se trouvent plusieurs lignes de traitement. Une ou plusieurs d&rsquo;entre elles introduisent de l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium liquide \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un r\u00e9servoir de stockage ou d&rsquo;un <em>liqu\u00e9facteur<\/em> (via une <a href=\"https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/fr\/produits\/boites-de-vannes\/\"><em>bo\u00eete de vannes<\/em><\/a>) vers l&rsquo;application.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s utilisation, l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium se r\u00e9chauffe et de l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium gazeux est produit. Ce gaz est ensuite r\u00e9introduit dans le <em>liqu\u00e9facteur<\/em> par une ligne de traitement (\u00e0 nouveau via une bo\u00eete de vannes), avec deux objectifs possibles:<\/p><ul><li>Un liqu\u00e9facteur est utilis\u00e9 pour <em>liqu\u00e9fier<\/em> l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium gazeux afin qu&rsquo;il puisse \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9. De cette mani\u00e8re, le pr\u00e9cieux liquide est pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re optimale.<\/li><li>La ligne int\u00e9rieure avec de l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium gazeux (\u00e0 environ -250 \u00b0C) est utilis\u00e9e pour le refroidissement actif d&rsquo;un \u00e9cran de protection anti-rayonnement en cuivre autour des lignes de traitement.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-656acf0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"656acf0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-1024x683.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-56318\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Multiple-Transfer-Lines-scaled-1-2048x1366.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dcf6b13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dcf6b13\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Comme l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium est r\u00e9utilis\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me, la combinaison ligne MTL, bo\u00eete de vannes et <em>liqu\u00e9facteur<\/em> est connue comme un syst\u00e8me en <em>circuit ferm\u00e9<\/em>. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90ba7f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"90ba7f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Caract\u00e9ristiques<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f05b1c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8f05b1c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Une ligne MTL se compose g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants:<\/p><ul><li>Une enveloppe sous vide en acier inoxydable (304 (L), 321 ou 316 (L)).<\/li><li>Un \u00e9cran de protection anti-rayonnement en cuivre qui est refroidi par de l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium gazeux provenant de l&rsquo;application, ou par de l&rsquo;azote liquide.<\/li><li>Diverses lignes de traitement isol\u00e9es par une isolation multicouche en verre et aluminium et\/ou Mylar.<\/li><li>Les compensateurs \u00e9ventuels qui pallient le r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement des lignes froides.<\/li><li>Des entretoises en verre \u00e9poxy qui emp\u00eachent les diff\u00e9rentes lignes de se toucher.<\/li><li>Les raccords requis sont principalement des raccords soud\u00e9s, qui placent la ligne MTL dans l&rsquo;infrastructure cryog\u00e9nique.<\/li><li>Des barri\u00e8res sous vide qui servent \u00e0 s\u00e9parer le syst\u00e8me sous vide en sections et sont parfois utilis\u00e9es comme points fixes dans le syst\u00e8me.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-362a963 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"362a963\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/demaco-cryogenics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Untitled-800-x-800-px-1-e1704705260868.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-39907\" alt=\"Biblioth\u00e8que du Cern\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f28d0a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f28d0a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les lignes MTL de Demaco ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un diam\u00e8tre compris entre 250 et 800 mm. Toutefois, la conception de l&rsquo;infrastructure se fait en concertation avec le client. Des \u00e9carts de diam\u00e8tre se produisent donc r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c2ff60 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0c2ff60\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Application\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e261aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e261aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En raison de sa temp\u00e9rature extr\u00eamement basse, l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium liquide est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans la <em>recherche scientifique<\/em>. Par exemple, le liquide cryog\u00e9nique est presque indispensable pour refroidir les aimants supraconducteurs dans les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs de particules.<\/p><p>Le <em>secteur m\u00e9dical<\/em> utilise \u00e9galement le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de la supraconductivit\u00e9, par exemple dans les dispositifs d&rsquo;imagerie par r\u00e9sonance magn\u00e9tique (IRM). Les dispositifs IRM d\u00e9pendent donc de l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium liquide pour un refroidissement efficace, mais ils l&rsquo;utilisent dans leur propre syst\u00e8me ferm\u00e9 avec un <em>cryorefroidisseur<\/em>.<\/p><p>Partout o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on utilise de l&rsquo;h\u00e9lium liquide, de solides lignes MTL sont indispensables.
