Wanneer een cryogene toepassing tijdelijk wordt stilgelegd (bijvoorbeeld tijdens het weekend), treedt er enige gasvorming op ten gevolge van warmteverlies. De gasbellen duwen het vloeibare gas terug in de opslagtank, waardoor de cryogene infrastructuur langzaam opwarmt.<\/p>\n

Nadat de toepassing weer is ingeschakeld, moet de cryogene infrastructuur eerst weer worden afgekoeld voordat zuiver vloeibaar gas het gebruikspunt kan bereiken. Dit resulteert in enige wachttijd bij het opnieuw inschakelen van de toepassing.<\/p>\n

Onze automatische gasontluchter (ook bekend als “keep-cold”-toestel)<\/i> lost dit probleem op door gebruik te maken van het feit dat gas lichter is dan vloeistof. Door de automatische gasontluchter op een hoog punt in een cryogene infrastructuur te plaatsen, wordt het in het systeem gevormde gas automatisch afgevoerd wanneer de toepassing wordt stopgezet. De cryogene infrastructuur blijft dus gevuld met koud vloeibaar gas en is altijd direct beschikbaar op de gebruikspunten.<\/p>\n

Specificaties<\/h2>

Onze automatische gasontluchter is vacu\u00fcm ge\u00efsoleerd en verkrijgbaar in verschillende configuraties. De assemblage is modulair en verkrijgbaar in verschillende maten. De automatische gasontluchter werkt volledig mechanisch; elektriciteit is alleen nodig voor de optionele elektromagnetische klep of timer.<\/span><\/p>

Bij gebruik met vloeibare stikstof is de automatische gasontluchter geschikt voor drukwaarden tot PN16 en bij gebruik met vloeibare CO2 voor <\/span>

Toepassingen van de automatische ontluchter<\/h2>

Automatische gasontluchters worden vooral gebruikt in industrie\u00ebn waar onmiddellijke toegang tot zuiver vloeibaar gas vereist is, zonder wachttijd na stilstand. Te denken valt aan tankstations in ziekenhuizen of laboratoria of koelinstallaties in de <\/span>
