Since many years already, Demaco is involved in the construction of new and existing cryogenic infrastructure at the Linde Air Separation Unit on the CORUS terrain (the former Hoogovens and nowadays Tata Steel in Ijmuiden, Netherlands). On top of that, several reconstruction projects have taken place as well. These projects always had a very tight delivery schedule – during a shut-down period. Vacuum insulated transfer lines with different diameters, varying from 1”to 8” formed the base of such projects.
Demaco was in charge of the measurements, the engineering, the production, the installation and all necessary tests. Each and every project was delivered with a full set of documentation.
